We are very excited to let you know that after many months of being closed to the public due to Massachusetts' COVID-19 regulations, the Cape Cod Maritime Museum is reopening on Wednesday, August 26. We are thrilled to be able to welcome you back, and we want to ensure that everyone who visits the museum has a safe, comfortable and educational experience.

To maintain the health and safety of our staff, volunteers and museum visitors, we will be implementing new protocols and procedures, including online-only ticket sales, limited hours, reduced capacity and an extensive cleaning regimen.

As of 8/26/2020, our opening hours will be

  • Thursday 12pm-3pm

  • Friday 12pm-3pm

Please note that visitation is limited to one hour, to allow for plenty of space and comfort for our guests.

  • Reservations and pre-purchased tickets are available for entry to our museum.

  • Tickets can be reserved and purchased by clicking "Buy Tickets" in our title bar.

  • (Walk-ins may be welcome during open hours, only if there is visitor space within the museum at that time. This is not guaranteed, so we highly recommend that you pre-purchase your tickets online)

  • Masks are required to be worn inside and while on museum grounds at all times.

  • Our gift store will be open during operating hours, for contact-less purchases.
